On September 9-11, 2022, Baku Higher Oil School will host the Energy and the Fourth Industrial Revolution Hackathon competition jointly organized by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM).
The hackathon covering the themes of Energy and Internet of Things, Energy and Artificial Intelligence, Energy and Digital Economy aims to support innovative ideas for applying “green” and digital energy technologies, developing the use of recoverable energy resources and strengthening the energy security of Azerbaijan, particularly in the country’s economic regions of Eastern Zangazur and Karabakh.
According to the terms of the competition, the teams that score first, second, and third places will be awarded 5000, 3000, and 2000 AZN, respectively. Additionally, two more teams will receive an incentive prize of 500 AZN.
Those willing to participate in the Hackathon can apply to the Organizing Committee until August 20.
