We launch the process of formalizing labour relations with employees who have successfully passed the selection stage. We verify the compatibility of the documents submitted by employees with their original copies and formalize them on the basis of an internal employment order and contract in accordance with the applicable legislation.
When signing an employment contract, an employee should submit his/her identity card, employment record book (except for those with the first job), diploma (a document on determining the equivalence of a diploma on foreign education) and certificates, military ID, etc. to the employer. During the familiarization and adaptation period with the workplace, we provide all necessary support to new employees by our HR team, subordinate leaders and mentors.
